Dollhouse

Ever seen the show Dollhouse on Fox?  It looks pretty good.  Created by Joss Whedon, it revolves around a corporation in charge of underground organizations called dollhouses.  They program people (called actives or dolls) with temporary personalities and abilities, hired for various missions.  Sometimes they're like FBI field agents, sometimes they're strangers in bars.  Check it out on youtube
